Bio
I played AAA hockey growing up and wanted to stay in shape during the summer, so in 2016 I started CrossFit and loved it right away. In 2021 I was lucky to find a coaching job that allowed me to take a deeper dive into the world of CrossFit training. Since then, I’ve found my way to CrossFit Papio where I can truly call home. I’ve learned more than I ever could imagine from all the coaches and athletes at this gym and continue to learn something new every day. I have obtained my CF-L1 certification and plan on getting my L2 this spring. I’ve also completed my certification for USA Weightlifting L-1 which has introduced me to the world of Olympic weightlifting. I currently compete in both CrossFit and weightlifting throughout the year and look forward to growing in both.
